J&J is recruiting for a Technology Product Owner – Deliver – Customer Excellence, IT Manager, located in Titusville NJ or Raritan, NJ.

To support their Pharm TranSCend program, Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a TPO Deliver-Customer Excellence, IT Manager. The role is to be located in the United States (preferred location Titusville NJ). This position has the potential to be located at another J&J facility within the US or EMEA for the right talent.

Pharm Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. The program will simplify the Pharm ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharm business with agility.

As part of the Pharm Transcend Program, the TPO Deliver – Customer Excellence will be an active member of the Pharm Supply Chain Johnson & Johnson Technology(JJT) team, driving design and implementation in the area of Order to Cash management within SAP S/4. The position will lead design, build, and test the SAP S/4 capabilities and data, aligned with business process needs. The position governs the scope of the SAP S/4 template and drives template innovation and evolution through the deployments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The TPO Deliver-Customer Excellence role will take responsibility for designing and deploying an integrated soluton across the following primary functions:

  • Order Management

  • Order Intake

  • Contract & Pricing

  • Delivery

  • Master Data

  • Billing

  • EDI / Interfaces

  • API

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience; a minimum of 8 years relevant SAP experience; a minimum of 5 years relevant Pharma experience.

Required Knowledge :

  • SAP S/4HANA: In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA, particularly the Order to Cash (O2C) module.

  • Order to Cash Process: Comprehensive knowledge of the entire O2C cycle, including order management, inventory management, shipping, billing, and accounts receivable.

  • Familiarity with the integration points between O2C and other modules such as MM (Materials Management), and FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling).

  • Business Processes: Strong understanding of core business processes related to Pre sales, Sales, Contracts & Pricing , Billing and Accounts Receivable.

  • Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry and good Knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations.

  • Experience with Agile methodology and strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation.

  • Applied knowledge of S/4 HANA is required.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Configuration: Expertise in configuring the SAP S/4HANA O2C module to meet business requirements.

  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the O2C process.

  • Integrations : Ability to design and test integrations with external and internal systems / partners while also supporting the build technical team for any questions around the mechanism of the integrations , error handling, reprocessing etc.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Testing : Ability to build the scenarios for testing based on the end to end processes design and drive any defects coming out of the testign phase.

  • Documentation: Skilled in creating detailed technical documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.

  • Focuses on Business agility, Agile delivery with a fail-fast attitude, and measurable outcomes.

  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional self-organized teams.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability of accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with design of a Global Template

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000- $170,200 USD.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

  • Sick time – up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year
