Our client, a growing planning and design consultancy has an urgent requirement for a Town Planner to join their West Ireland based team. The successful Town Planner will be responsible for the successful delivery of a variety of applications mainly within the renewables sector.

Experience:

Ideally candidates will have a significant experience of preparing planning applications and appeals, undertaking site development appraisals and liaising with clients, land owners and developers. Applicants will ideally have consultancy or house builder experience however local authority backgrounds will also be considered.
