Town Planner / Senior Town Planner
Location: Dublin (Can be based in the Belfast office with occasional travel to Dublin).

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Town Planner or Senior town Planner to join the Dublin office.

Applicants should hold an IPI or RTPI-accredited degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning and have at least 2 years experience. The role is based in the Dublin office, with flexible hybrid working options available.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage planning projects and contribute to the coordination of applications and appeals
* Prepare planning appraisals, development plan submissions, and related reports
* Conduct planning research and analysis
* Support a wide range of planning consultancy activities across multiple sectors

About You
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, commercially aware, and detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Skills

* Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong planning and organisational abilities
* Problem-solving and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
