Town Planner – Belfast

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and process planning applications across a variety of projects
* Engage with stakeholders, local authorities, and clients to deliver planning solutions
* Prepare reports, documents, and planning submissions
* Provide advice on planning policies, regulations, and guidelines
* Contribute to the development of strategic planning projects

Requirements:

* Degree in Town Planning or related field
* Working towards or already achieved Chartered status (e.g., MRTPI)
* Relevant experience in town planning or development management
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
