Job Title: Town Planner

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a respected planning and development consultancy with over 21 years in practice with offices in Dublin.

My client is looking for a Town Planner with private consutlancy or local authority experience to join the team.

My client work across a wide range of projects types for both private and public clients, including the following; urban regeneration, schools, residential, retail, nursing homes, offices, mixed use, hospitals, hotels and provide advice and guidance to clients across a range of other areas of the planning system. The planning team get experience across the entire breadth of projects.

My client offers a friendly working environment, great team spirit, can accommodate a range of flexible working arrangements and provide competitive remuneration packages

Requirements:

* A Degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.
* Experience with a local auhtority or private consultancy
* Strong understanding of UK planning laws, regulations, and procedures.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
