This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about total rewards management and looking to advance their career in the field.Our Requirements:

• Fluent Polish and very good command of English, written & spoken (B2+)
• Experience in working on similar position for at least 3 years
• Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist or similar role
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, including job analysis, salary surveys, and total rewards strategies
• Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Your future tasks:

• Acting as C&B Analyst for HR team members and managers
• Provide comprehensive analysis in C&B Total Rewards area
• Advisory and support in short-term incentive programs
• Conducting ad-hoc analysis and solution design in compensation processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
