There are approximately 21,000 associates.The Senior Analyst, Total Rewards, EMEA will play a critical role in shaping Danaher Diagnostics Platform’s Total Rewards strategy and ensuring it aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role involves designing, developing, implementing and delivering competitive total rewards policies and programs for base pay, incentive, equity, benefits and retirement components of the total compensation mix including rewards, recognition and retention programs and service awards. Manages career framework including reviewing leveling decisions. Prepares reports and facilitates associate communication related to benefits programs. Advises HR and managers on issues related to compensation and benefits. Manages annual processes like open enrollment, merit review, and equity planning.The role will be based in Europe and will evaluate, analyze and advise on all aspects of total rewards compensation in EMEA with alignment with the Diagnostics Platform strategy and intent to attract, reward and retain highly qualified associates.
