• Ability to quickly capture and understand things – and with ability to have a wider perspective (understanding the direction) as well as transforming that into development items;

• Ability to work in an environment which is fast paced (delivering on milestones and in an agile environment).

Requirements

• Tibco experience;

• Database knowledge (SQL and Oracle);

• Good knowledge in relational database management system (RMDS);

• Data: Good understanding of data and use of it in the organisation (this can be discussed based on personal profile);

• Some understanding of data management as a ‘discipline;

• Web services, Kafka nice to have;

• English fluent – verbal and in writing.
