Job DescriptionCurrent Employees applyCurrent Contingent Workers applySecondary Language(s) Job Description:Position OverviewAs the Therapeutic Area Manager (TAM) – Oncology, your primary responsibility is to collaborate closely with customers and decision makers across hospital- and regional levels to understand their challenges and find solutions together, in order to bring our innovations to more patients faster. You play a crucial role in driving our oncology business, patient access, and uptake at the clinic level. Your focus is customer and stakeholder engagement, innovation, partnerships, and optimized key account management. This customer-facing role relies on the ability of gaining deep customer insights and building strong relationships. Your main objective is account management and execution with a focus on hospital- and regional levels, working closely with cross-functional colleagues both within and outside the market. You will be a core member of a cross functional team acting as the voice of your customers. You will identify customer needs and create business opportunities that benefit patients, customers, and our company. You will spend 80% of your time engaging with the external environment, becoming an expert on the needs and considerations of hospitals, decision-makers, and patients in your market. Adhering to ethical codes and local regulations, you will establish close working relationships with your customers.Primary Activities and Key Responsibilities:
