Offer DescriptionBASIC TASKS: * Designing, implementing and reporting scientific research in the field of management and quality sciences, especially in the field of issues related to the specificity of the tasks of the University of Justice.

• Assistance in designing, implementing and reporting scientific research within various scientific disciplines included in the field of social sciences, especially thematically related to the specificity of UJ tasks.
• Designing, implementing and reporting various development works, especially related to the specifics of UJ tasks.
• Developing draft impact programs addressed to non-profit organizations and business representatives.
• Undertaking scientific activities aimed at building the scientific achievements of the UJ, including:

• publishing in renowned journals and publishing houses;
• popularization of knowledge through publication in magazines and popular science publications and the media;
• active representation of UJ at scientific conferences;
• building research teams and other task forces and managing such teams in the implementation of UJ tasks;
• supporting the development of young UJ scientists;
• proposing solutions to problems for business organizations.
• Preparing and conducting classes for students and postgraduate students.
• Preparation of course cards and materials for students

RequirementsResearch Field Management sciences Education Level PhD or equivalentSkills/Qualifications

• with significant, documented scientific achievements;
• who are the authors of scientific publications (including single-author monographs);
• with the ability to design, implement and report scientific research in the field of social sciences – with documented research achievements (scientific and research projects), who are managers of scientific and research projects;
• with experience in didactic work, popularization of knowledge and implementation of solutions in social practice;
• undertaking other activities in areas related to the functioning of non-profit and for-profit organizations;
• have a command of English at a level that allows the use of English-language scientific literature in the field of social sciences and humanities,
• guaranteeing timely performance of research work undertaken in UJ,
• expressing readiness to carry out didactic activities in the field (including in Kalisz, in Warsaw and its surroundings)

Specific RequirementsBASIC REQUIREMENTS: * holding a postdoctoral degree in social sciences in the field of management and quality sciences,

• having full legal capacity and exercising full public rights,
• no criminal record for an intentional crime,
• fluent in spoken and written Polish.
