Offer DescriptionBASIC TASKS: * Designing and carrying out scientific research in an interdisciplinary approach, in accordance with the specificity of the UJ Institute of Security Sciences; Designing, implementing and reporting various development works, especially those related to the specificity of the tasks of the UJ Institute of Security Sciences;

• Undertaking scientific activities aimed at building the scientific achievements of the UJ, including:
• publishing in renowned journals and publishing houses;
• popularization of knowledge through publication in magazines and popular science publications and the media;
• active representation of AWS at scientific conferences;
• participation in research teams and other task forces as part of the implementation of UJ tasks;
• Conducting didactic classes;
• Undertaking tasks for their own scientific development and development of teaching skills.

• having significant scientific achievements in the form of scientific articles in high-scoring journals or chapters in scientific monographs in publishers from the list of publishers publishing peer-reviewed scientific monographs;
• with scientific internship at foreign universities;
• with the ability to develop training curricula and teaching materials for teachers;
• with experience in directing and participating in research programmes;
• declaring their readiness to affiliate scientific achievements resulting from work at this University to UJ;
• guaranteeing timely performance of research and teaching work carried out in UJ,
• with a command of English at a level that allows the use of English-language scientific literature;
• with experience in teaching,
