• field and discipline in which the candidate is to conduct scientific activity: social sciences, pedagogy, • Scientific achievements in the field of social sciences in the discipline of pedagogy, in the field of social pedagogy, • Knowledge in research methodology and experience in implementing scientific projects, • Completed training in academic teaching, • Articles in scientific journals and monographs (published and submitted for publication), • Prepared concept of scientific development in the discipline of pedagogy leading to habilitation, • Teaching, care and educational experience in working with children and young people – especially in the field of innovative teaching methods, • Experience in academic teaching confirmed by high student evaluations, • Experience working in educational institutions, • Social activity (involvement in the activities of non-governmental organizations, volunteering), • Participation in scientific conferences, • Participation in research projects (as a project manager or its member). • fluent knowledge of Polish, spoken and written, and very good English.
