• Participation in the organizational work of the Department

• Conducting classes in the field of social pedagogy, academic tutoring, foster care, challenges

• Experience in conducting scientific research,

• Professional experience in the field of care and educational work,

• Social activity (involvement in the activities of non-governmental organizations, volunteering)

• Readiness to actively represent the University in the socio-cultural environment,

• Cooperation with the community as part of teaching and research activities,

• very good knowledge of Polish, spoken and written, and very good knowledge of English
