- Conducting scientific work and research and disseminating their results (publication of scientific texts, participation in scientific conferences);
- Preparing/submitting applications for domestic and foreign grants and conducting grants;
- Cooperation with a team of employees of the Department of Social Pedagogy in the area of research and development work;
- Participation in the organizational work of the Department
- Conducting classes in the field of social pedagogy, academic tutoring, foster care, challenges

- Field and discipline in which the candidate is to conduct scientific activity: social sciences in the field of pedagogy,
- Participation in Polish and international scientific conferences in the field of social sciences,

- Experience in conducting scientific research,
- Professional experience in the field of care and educational work,
- Social activity (involvement in the activities of non-governmental organizations, volunteering)
- Readiness to actively represent the University in the socio-cultural environment,
- Cooperation with the community as part of teaching and research activities,
- very good knowledge of Polish, spoken and written, and very good knowledge of English
