We are looking for a Project Manager for our team in Brussels.

Tétris Design & Build is een dochterbedrijf van JLL en is de Europese “Design & Build”-specialist voor kantoorruimtes. Tétris heeft verschillende afdelingen in heel Europa die nauw met elkaar samenwerken. Het team bestaat uit architecten, designers en project managers. Tetris België is in 2010 opgericht en heeft inmiddels een aardig klantenbestand opgebouwd zoals Coca cola, Uber, L’Oreal, Diageo, Bol.com, Dyson, Intertrust en Samsung.

Wat houdt de functie in?

  • U ontmoet onze klanten om briefings te krijgen over hun kantoorinrichting of renovatiebehoeften.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van inrichtings- en renovatieprojecten in opdracht van onze klanten.
  • Uw rol omvat: briefing van de klant, opstellen van het budget op basis van de plannen, organiseren van de aanbestedingsprocedure, vergelijken van de offertes en uitschrijven van de bestellingen.
  • Zodra de werkzaamheden beginnen, ben jij degene die ter plaatse toezicht houdt, het budget en de timing controleert en verslag uitbrengt aan de klant.
  • Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van de wettelijke controleorganen indien nodig.
  • Tenslotte beheer je de voorlopige oplevering van de werken.

What this job involves

  • You’ll meet our clients to get briefings on their office fitting-out or renovation needs.
  • You’ll be responsible for the follow-up of fitting-out and refurbishment projects acting on behalf of our clients.
  • Your role will include: briefing client, preparing the budget based on plans, organizing the tender procedure, comparing the offers and issuing the orders.
  • Once the works starts, you’ll be the one who supervises them on site, controls both budget and timing and reports to the client.
  • You’ll also be responsible to follow up with the legal control organisms whenever necessary.
  • You’ll finally manage the provisional acceptance of the works.

Wat vragen wij van je?

  • Je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke rol en omgeving.
  • Een diploma als interieurarchitect of ingenieur is nuttig.
  • Je hebt een vloeiende kennis van het Engels, Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met bouwtechnische zaken (HVAC, mechanisch en elektrisch)
  • Je hebt uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden, bent detailgericht, kan zelfstandig werken en bent betrouwbaar.
  • Je beschikt over sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en bent in staat om te communiceren met externe en interne klanten op uitvoerend niveau en met externe teamleden (architecten, aannemers, vertegenwoordigers van de klant, enz.).
  • U bent een teamspeler
  • Je past je goed aan aan onvoorziene / veranderende situaties
  • Je bent bedreven in MS Office en MS Project

Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:

  • You have an experience in a similar role and environment.
  • A degree as interior architect or engineer will be useful
  • You’ll have fluent knowledge of English, Dutch and French.
  • You are at ease with technical building issues (HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical)
  • You have excellent organizational skills, are detail-oriented, can work independently and are reliable.
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients as well as external team members (architects, contractors, client’s representatives, etc.).
  • You are a team player
  • You adjust well to unforeseen / evolving situations
  • You are proficient in MS Office and MS Project
