We assist our clients as a consultant and general contractor and offer a full turnkey service to companies wanting to fit out their offices, as well as investors who want to renovate or refurbish their properties (shops, offices, hotels, bank agencies).Present on 3 continents and in 13 countries, Tétris, current leader in Design & Build, continues its growth with a turnover of approximately 700 million euros and more than 900 employees in EMEA.TeamReporting to the Operations Manager Belgium, you will work with experienced Project Managers on several projects involving the layout of office, banking, or hotel spaces.MissionsAs an Intern Project Manager / Site Manager, you will support experienced Project Managers in:

• Coordinating the project and all involved stakeholders (external and internal)
• Carrying out administrative, legal, financial, and technical project setups
• Supervising the technical, administrative, and financial aspects of projects to ensure their successful completion
• Overseeing construction work: complete knowledge of project specifications, site preparation, coordination of all technical and architectural lots, conducting site meetings, and producing reports for Project Managers and clients
• Ensuring cost, quality, and deadline (work schedule) monitoring and HSQE policy compliance in coordination with the project manager
• Daily management of various service providers (work progress, quality, regulatory documentation, invoicing), Updating regular reporting on project progress for the client (drafting client reports…)
• Accepting architectural and technical work and managing the resolution of issues.

• You are in your final year of Engineering School (General or Specialized in Building) or Master’s degree or equivalent BAC+5 University
• A first internship experience in site management is a plus
• Proficiency in English is desirable to manage projects for our international clients
• You are rigorous and organized
• You enjoy teamwork and contact with both our clients and partners (general contractors, architects, engineering firms…).
