We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:Testing ManagerResponsibilities: • Responsible for solving engineering problems in relation to testing and quality assurance and develop processes and practices that help deliver scalable testing that is fast, frequent and continuous
- Develop a Testing strategy and ensure its implementation across Control-M technology
- Determining tools and approaches for Testing per product and the automated storing of test output
- Ensuring documented Test strategies and test plans are in place and are up to date and reflective of the current position
- Actively maintaining existing Test frameworks or help develop new ones when required
- Developing Tests that are predictable, repeatable and implement automated verification of acceptance criteria
- Introduce KPI’s or metrics that evidence the success of Testing as a practise
- Agree appropriate hosting of any necessary Testing infrastructure or software
Requirements: • While is not required, is highly recommended to have a background in Workload Automation scheduling tools
- Testing background in a fast-paced IT environment
- Strategic planning
- Automation tooling
- Experience of different types of testing, eg, unit, performance, regression
- Experience of evaluating the success of implementing testing strategies
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in English language speaking and writing skills required
- Experience of working with global team across geographies and cultures
