Together, we’re working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world’s biggest health challenges.Radiometer has launched a strategic business program, called DARWIN, to replace current ways of working and outdated business applications with new globally aligned processes, policies, and data as well as introducing a new modern application landscape with three critical components; Microsoft Dynamics 365FO, Dynamics 365CRM and PROS Configure Price Quote.Starting 2025, we will initiate global implementation of D365FO, implement PROS Configure Price Quote in more sales companies and continuously develop our D365CRM solution, to deliver on our ambitious program roadmap.We are looking for a Test & Validation Manager, responsible for the testing and validation of the complete D365CRM solution. The role includes leading D365CRM test resource(s), ensuring high-quality test cases, test execution as well as ensuring compliant documentation. Managing validation documents, following our processes and providing guidance within D365CRM are also key responsibilities. In close collaboration with the D365FO team, these activities will be aligned across our applications during 2025.This position is part of the Service, Digital and IT organization’s location in Stargard, Poland and can be performed either onsite in Stargard or remotely. You will join the Global CRM Team, reporting to the Director, Global CRM, Collaboration & Support within the Service, Digital, and IT organization. The team is part of the Global Business Systems department, where you will be working closely with the Senior Test & Validation Manager for ERP.So, if you want to join a fast-paced program and can see yourself in a global team delivering strategic projects on our D365CRM solution, in the multicultural world of Radiometers 30+ locations around the globe—read on.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Be part of the Global CRM team continuously improving and supporting the global Radiometer Business System Platform, centered around, Dynamics 365CRM, PROS Configure Price Quote and Microsoft Dynamics 365FOManage the D365CRM testing, leading test resource(s), ensuring test deliveries are met and in agreed quality, and oversee the documentation of test results following our quality procedures

Be empowered to drive, manage and deliver the D365CRM validation planning and execution in close collaboration with our Validation Team under Quality & Regulatory Affairs departmentBecome proficient in understanding CFR 21 FDA Part 11 requirements for software used in the medical device industryBe a trusted and proactive partner to colleagues across multiple departments, providing guidance and support on the test and validation activities within the D365CRM solutionWork closely together with the Senior Test & Validation Manager for ERP to help align and optimize our test & validation approach and processes across our business applicationsEnsure regular reporting on test and validation activity progress to managementThe essential requirements of the job include:A bachelor’s degree or a similar academic degree within a relevant field or related work experience3+ years of experience working as a test and validation managerProven experience withing building and managing test and validationProficient in engaging with different stakeholders to ensure that all test and validation activities are understood through effective communication and facilitationExperience in leading and managing test deliveries in a virtual setupExperience keeping high standards of documentation, including using QMS systems for achieving and approvals.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Validation-related experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.Knowledge of Microsoft D365CRM.Experience with test automation.We offer the following:Attractive salary and additional bonus in accordance with company policy.Employment based on a work contract (UoP).Private medical care and life insurance.Co-financing of meals in the company cafeteria.Contribution to sports memberships and purchases related to sports and culture.Company Social Fund – subsidy for holidays, non-refundable financial assistance.Professional development support – possibility of receiving funding for trainings, higher education, or language learning.Employee Assistance Program – free and fully confidential psychological, legal, and financial counseling support for employees and their family members.Sports hall access.Join our winning team today.
