Test Operation Engineer (m/f/d)
Job Description
Our Operation Engineering Divison is looking for a Test Operation Engineer to join our team in Nabern, Germany!
Your main responsibilities in this position will be to:
Monitor daily pre-production requirements to ensure shipment dates are met on time
Test semiconductor devices (wafer and singulated) using probers, handlers and manual test
Troubleshooting equipment/process problems and able to solve independently
Providing feedback on maintenance issues and trends associated with failures and root causes
Suggest and implement cost-saving ideas
Guarantee quality work according to the Renesas standards and specifications
Ensure that the product is handled and processed according to given instructions
Testing and hand over the semiconductor devices within the prescribed timeframe to logistic department in accordance to the production plan.
Ensure quality of tested and provided products by following our internal procedures
Building a stable setup to achieve the maximum possible yield. The reports can be shown in the production database “GYM “
Qualifications
Engineering degree or equivalent technical education
Minimum of 4 years of experience in ATE test operating and troubleshooting for complex production test setup
Extended knowledge of production flows in the semiconductor or electronics related industry
Technical backround in semiconductor production and maintenance
Good problem-solving skills
Working independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work flexible working hours
Teamworking skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels
Good oral and written command of English. German A2 is a plus.
