Would you like to work with test management of our solutions that contributes to Saab’s mission of keeping people and society safe?We are rapidly growing our business in the global Defence Market and we are looking for new colleagues to join our team of competent System & Integration testers.Your roleAs our new Test Manager, you contribute to the delivery of quality assurance ensuring that our projects, applications and systems work correctly and in alignment with customer needs.You plan and coordinate test execution, together with the project manager and system supporters. Your structured and proactive approach, attention to detail, and analytical skills will be vital in achieving project success.Some of the responsibilities in the role will be:Participate in planning meetings to align testing activities with project goalsCreate test strategy and planning documentsCoordinate system integration test execution in project environmentsCoordinate acceptance tests, both internal and externalAnalyse test results, identify bugs and assess usabilityEnsure high-quality in bug reports from your projects.Provide assistance to the product support department in relation to customer specific issues or questionsYour profileYou enjoy working in a technical environment and ideally have an educational background in Software, IT or equivalent test management experience.We expect you are a team player and a person with passion for keeping people safe.Experience with software test management, planning and reporting.We look for people with the right motivation who are willing to learn and navigate in complex systems.We are in a global environment and therefore looking for candidates who have excellent communication skills, fluent in written and oral English.Preferable you hold an ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification (or equivalent) – not mandatory.What can you expect from us?In the Saab group we have a saying ”Business is done between people”, and this is also the environment you can expect here.
