We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test Engineer to join our dynamic team for our site in Waalwijk. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting new products, providing engineering expertise, and ensuring the seamless operation of our testing and imaging environments.

Key Responsibilities:

-Support new products through research, process design, and equipment setup.
-Troubleshoot and configure hardware and system setups.
-Offer engineering expertise for new products and services.
-Provide input to Customer Project Management regarding processes, test scripts, and setup.
-Maintain test and imaging environments.
-Train and direct operations teams.
-Serve as the point of contact for customer project management escalations.
-Own production and customer issues from reporting to resolution.
-Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer and production issues.
-Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
-Perform other related duties as assigned.
 

Key Qualifications:

-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English (spoken, reading, writing, B2 level).
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Engineering (Test/Development/Hardware) environment.
-Familiarity with imaging solutions.
-Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office products.
-Programming skills and database knowledge.
-Understanding of networking and server configuration.
-Strong analytical skills and technical savvy.
-Broad knowledge across various departments.
