What does a Territory Sales Representative do?

In this role you will be responsible for managing the regions in the North Greece area to increase sales & profitability in line with our budgeted goals. In this position you will be selling through our existing Distributor network but also seeking new opportunities to expand our customer base. Working with our customers, we strive to exceed their expectations by assisting them to grow their sales through working closely with their sales teams to secure new business and sharing in the value that we bring to our mutual benefit.  

Why we need you?
-Business retention of current sales network consists of about more than 250 customers in packaging, construction & other non-packaging applications.
-Prospecting & generating continues new opportunities for his business especially in the field of Protective Packaging Systems through loyal distributors.
-Product trainer & sales supporter of all our distributors salespeople.
-Installation, preventive maintenance & troubleshooting) of all systems installed in the region.
-Spending 85% of his working time in the field.
-To report effectively on regional activities

Qualifications
-Experience in technical sales (such as machines & systems sales).
-Good presentation and communication skills.
-Selling skills and ability to build relationships.
-Capabilities required on fixing & trouble-shooting electromechanical problems.
-Works well under pressure and on own initiative.
-Positive attitude and pragmatic approach.
-Fluent English speaking (B2,C1)
