Territory Manager – Sports Medicine (North East Netherlands)
As a Territory Manager specializing in Sports Medicine for the North East Netherlands region, your focus will be on promoting and selling advanced medical devices and equipment used in arthroscopic surgical procedures. You’ll collaborate with surgical teams, orthopedic surgeons, and hospital staff to drive the adoption and effective use of innovative solutions for sports medicine.
Key Responsibilities
* Product Management: Promote and sell medical devices and equipment for sports-related surgical procedures, including implants, fixation devices, and specialized surgical tools.
* Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong connections with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine specialists, and operating room staff.
* Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing technical support to medical teams to ensure optimal use of devices during surgeries.
* Market Analysis: Stay informed about advancements in sports medicine, analyze trends, and recommend product adaptations to meet surgeon and patient needs.
* Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
* Tender Management: Collaborate with various teams to manage tender processes effectively.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, business, or a related field.
* Fluency in Dutch with a strong command of English.
* Proven experience in medical device or medical technology sales, preferably in sports medicine or orthopedic surgery.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Technical understanding of operating room protocols and surgeons’ needs.
* Strong independent planning and prioritization skills.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for field visits.
