Our department Aftermarket & Customer Product Support is looking for a

Territory Customer Support Manager

Our department Aftermarket & Customer Product Support is ensuring, together with our channel partners, the positive customer experience over the whole product lifetime and supports our ambitions in aftersales growth. Your engagement will help to expand our customer base and secure our aftersales business.

Your Responsibilities:

-Act with integrity
-You will be responsible to cover a service territory in the southern Italy sales division
-Grow Connectivity & Digital Integration in our dealer channel
-You will be the owner of the Customer Experience in your AOR
-Ensure Aftermarket Capacity and Capability in our dealer channel
-Train, coach and consult dealers in products and key projects for Aftermarket and Service Growth
-Manage the relationship to our dealer business partners in all Customer Support aspects

-Understanding of our customers and dealer channel partners economical mechanisms and dependencies
-Fluent in Italian and English
-Interest and experience in agriculture and agricultural equipment
