Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire tender process, from identification to submission, strictly adhering to deadlines and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and determine the best approach for each tender.
• Analyze tender documents and successfully implement strategies to compete effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of tender submissions and track outcomes to continuously improve processes.
• Provide outstanding support to the sales team by preparing detailed, high-quality tender responses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or similar experience in a relevant area.
• Demonstrated background in a customer service or tender management position.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also demonstrating initiative and ambition.
