Do you want to push the boundaries of your profession and develop your excellence in an open, collaborative, and empowering culture?Your new teamAs our new Tendering Engineer, you will be part of a motivated and high performing Markets team with 16 colleagues in a highly visible role, translating customers ideas into high quality technical and commercial proposals. You will play an important role in growing the green transition and sustainability agenda to grow our business in Hydrogen, PtX production as well as the necessary infrastructure for Hydrogen, PtX products, CO2 and natural gas.Your key tasks and responsibilities

  • Working as part of the Sales / Business Development team to engage with new and existing clients during the early phases of new projects.
  • Managing and leading tenders though our stage gate approval process.
  • Overseeing the preparation of engineering input to tender documentation, leveraging from existing material and seeking opportunities for innovation
  • Coordinating with colleagues in the technical disciplines to prepare tender documentation and leverage from existing material to build the proposal.
  • Maintaining our database of standard proposal material in the Customer Relation Management system.
  • Coordinating with the technical advisory team to standardise tender documents and deliverables.
  • Ensure information flow from clients and markets is efficiently distributed within the organisation.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, ideally in an engineering discipline, with a demonstrable understanding of relative engineering principles, and the ability to understand technical concepts.
  • Previous relevant experience in proposal and bid management, preferably in the energy sector. Evidence of working within a large engineering consultancy will be highly regarded.
  • Customer-focused approach as well as solution-oriented and structured way of working.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experienced team player with strong project management skills who is expected to work with limited supervision.
