We are looking for a Temporary Warehouse Coordinator, to join the team at ExxonMobil (Brussels)
Good knowledge of English, French and Dutch is required.
This position provides services to all Brussels Campus tenants.
Next to the standard activities set according to E&PS SLG, Technology is a major customer for which specialized activities have been defined. The team exists of 1 EM employees and 6 house contractors.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Tenant Services Supervisor.
Main objectives lie within:

Daily coordination of BC Logistics organization : mail services / goods receipt / shipping (incl. dangerous goods) / warehouse supervision

Provide daily guidance related to the above to a team of 1 EM employee and 6 house contractors

Propose, optimize and implement preventive maintenance programs aligned with the SLG (Service Level Guideline), OHGP (Occupational Health Global Practices) and eMerge expectations for related systems and equipment

Coordinate preventive maintenance, testing and repairs for the above systems and equipment

Coordinate Waste Handling Management

Assistance with strategic systems upgrade plans

Assistance with assigned E&PS projects

Perform regular contractor safety evaluation

Coordinate operating procedures with colleague CBRE coordinators and Technology/building stakeholders

Responsible for operating Logistics Center budget

Responsible for timely purchase orders and choice of suppliers in cooperation with Procurement

Responsible for E&PS site stock and Technology chemical products

Responsible for review and updating of assigned OMPs (Operation & Maintenance Procedures)
Required skills:
Education:
Basic technical knowledge and practical skills related to logistics and Warehousing
Practical knowledge of Windows Office
Personality:
Team player (colleagues CBRE coordinators)
Team leader (guidance to his/her contractors)
Ownership of assigned materials and budget
Organizes own work and priorities within agreed objectives
Problem solver, with good feeling for realistic and simple solutions
Good communicator to all levels of the local organization
Attitude: stress-resistant, flexible, open for new challenges, eager to learn
Languages: Dutch, English and French ( is a must)
