For one of our clients, we are looking for an autonomous recruiter around the region of Mons in Hainaut, part-time or full-time, six months.Temporary technical recruiter – MonsThis is a “classical” Talent Acquisition mission for approximately 6 months.As Recruiter, you will be in charge of the full recruitment process from A to Z.This will cover :

• Intake with internal clients
• Advise to internal clients
• Definition of publication channels
• Publication of the descriptions
• Management if budget with line managers
• Sourcing of candidates
• Screening of candidates
• Interviews with candidates
• Selection
• Offer and contract preparation
• …

• Experience of minimum 3 years in recruitment (senior candidates are more than welcome too)
• Minimum 2 years of experience focused on recruitment (at least 50 % of your time)
• Profiles: technicians and engineers
• Used to high volumes of vacancies to manage
• Fluent in French and English
• Autonomous
• Proactive

Our clients an international company based in Mons and working with technical profiles and engineers, all under employee status.Temporary technical recruiter – MonsThis assignment can be part time or full time (minimum 3 days/week on site)

• Budget +/- 500 euros / day
• Location: (Mons)
• Type of contract : free-lance ( interim management / contracting ), fixed term, or temp to perm
