About the role:

As an Inventory Control Operator, you directly report to the 3PL Supervisor. In this position you are responsible for creating shipments in our WMS SAP to ship to our Tier 2 customers. Next to that you need to manage the in- and outflow of overstock stored at our 3PL. You’ll also work together with our 3PL’s to manage transportation from and to the 3PL’s. Next to that you ‘re responsible for clear communication to all stakeholders and their first contact person to reach out to in case of questions or problems.

Responsibilities include:

-Monitoring and acting upon daily operations
-Working on an open, interactive relationship with stakeholders by phone and email
-Supporting the stakeholders by answering questions and foreseeing them with information
-Arrange transportation between 3PL’s and ECO Kerkrade
-Build a strong relationship with our 3PL partners 
-Create shipments for Tier 2 countries 
-Manage in- and outflow of overstock stored at 3PL warehouse
-Ensuring that all processes and documentation are compliant 
-Dealing with ad hoc requests from the business
 

Experience and skills:

-Education level: MBO 4, HBO or relevant work experience
-Good knowledge of English language (verbal and written)
-Experience in warehouse environment
-Good computer skills (MS-office)
-Accurate, pro-active and affinity with logistics
-Ability to work under stress
-Can work independently and in a team
-Strong in execution
-Good social and communication skills
-Zero mistakes mentality
-Flexible mentality towards work times and location
-Analytical & continuous improvement mindset
