ABOUT THE TEAM 

The Middle & Eastern Europe Revenue Operations team is a key segment of the Global Revenue Operations under the Strategy & Operations Board Area. This team of Regional Business Partners are entrusted as advisors to the Regional Chief Revenue Officers, driving the business with a focus on predictability, accuracy, process excellence, customer success, and the enduring betterment of business processes. 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

As a Working Student, your role will be to support the team of regional experts who hold the responsibility of aiding the respective Business Area Leaders. 

Your key tasks in the role will include: 

•  Data Analysis: You should possess strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, identify patterns, measure performance, and forecast trends to create strategies for enhanced sales and revenue growth. 

•  Dashboard Management: You will be entailed to create and manage dashboards using tools like SAP SAC and must be adept at extracting data from various sources for a thorough analysis. 

•  Report Preparation: You are responsible for preparing detailed reports that outline business performance – including revenue, sales, and operational trends that assist executive-level decision-making processes. 

•  Continuous Improvement: You will play a pivotal role in identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and enhancing productivity. 

•  Cross-Department Collaboration: Your role will also involve collaboration with various departments like Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, fostering departmental integration to ensure coordinated activities align with the organization’s revenue goals. 

Through this role, you will gain an opportunity to work in an international team with a culturally diverse and open work culture. You will gain deep insights into the Cloud Business and understand how SAP enables companies around the world for success in a dynamic and evolving environment. 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS 

As an incumbent for this role, you are currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences with: 

•    Study focus: Preference towards fields of study such as business administration, economics, IT or engineering science with a business administration focus, or related areas. 

•    Analytical Skills and Technical Proficiency: Comfortability in working with complex data, drawing conclusions to provide business insights. Mastery in Excel is critically crucial given the significant role it plays in data analysis and reporting tasks related to this role. 

•    Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex concepts or dense information in a clear and concise manner, with an ability to adapt your communication to resonate with the audience’s background and culture. Solid written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English – C1, German as an advantage.
