If you are looking for a temporary role where you can learn more about finance subjects. Finance Employee at CTS might be the perfect role for you. We are looking for someone who can help us out for 6-9 months for 32-40 hours a week, while our current finance colleague is on maternity leave.In the role of Finance Employee you will be working for the team in the Benelux. But because we are an international company, you will also help out our UK team when you have time left. This role is very hands-on and has plenty of room for you to learn, grow and develop your skills and yourself. You will be mentored by Chantelle Smuts (Finance Manager Benelux).You will perform activities on Financial Administration:
- Process purchase invoices
- Allocate bank transactions
- Import sales invoices to Accounting system
- Follow up on overdue debtor invoices with customers
- Process sales invoices (largely checking the work of our sales teams)
- Process expense claims
- Process and monitor NS Business travel cards
Besides this you will be maintaining asset register, check posts and do minor office administration.RequirementsThis is a junior/medior position, so we are only looking for some Financial Degree or experience in Finance or Accounting. What we are looking for is someone with:
- Very good communication skills both written and verbal in Dutch and English.
- You are a team player who is confident and who is also able to be a self-starter, develop and try new things.
- Strong analytical data skills and has a high level of attention to detail.
You are willing to go to the Utrecht Office at least once per week to check the post box.
