- You act as the key liaison between the development teams and the infrastructure teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- You manage the delivery of Infrastructure Services to one of the chapter divisions, focusing on supporting the development resources.
- You facilitate the integration of technical evolutions and innovations into the development lifecycle.
- You provide feedback on the operational maturity of services, identifying areas for improvement and driving quality enhancements.
- You oversee the service management processes, ensuring they align with both development needs and infrastructure capabilities.
- You coordinate with various stakeholders to understand their technical requirements and translate them into actionable infrastructure solutions.
- You monitor service performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure service levels meet or exceed expectations.
- You champion the adoption of best practices in service management within the organization.
- You develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to support ongoing service delivery and improvement.
- You prepare and present reports on service performance, technical challenges, and future infrastructure needs to senior management.
Work Environment:
- A collaborative role within a SIAM organization that requires interaction with multiple IT disciplines – you interact with one or more divisions of DTI / NBU served by IT Infrastructure Services (ENA, CRP, DAT, DCH, NIT, CSC, …)

Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technology service management, preferably within a SIAM framework.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and its role in supporting development activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess service performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Leadership qualities, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and initiatives.
