JOB MISSION:

Drive technology change initiatives and ensure smooth implementation of ERP-related projects by aligning business needs with global IT standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Change Management Ownership

Collaborate with internal and external teams to design and develop technology projects action plans

Business Requirements Gathering

Collect, analyze, validate, and prioritize local business demands

Change Request Handling

Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT specialists to prepare change requests for CORE ERP applications – SAP / Betsy / Command Alkon and follow-up delivery of changes with external providers

Status Tracking & Communication

Track change progress and communicate with stakeholders

Testing and Deployment Coordination

Organize local testing, support user training, and manage deployment

User Enablement & System Adoption

Ensure local teams are ready for new functionalities or system upgrades

Business Partnership

Build relationships with business units to understand processes and identify improvement areas

Requirements Translation

Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications

COMPETENCY PROFILE:

-Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or Computer Science
-6 years of experience in a PMO role
-Experience with change management and project coordination in shared/global ERP environments
-Familiarity with service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
-Knowledge of business process mapping and requirements gathering
-Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
-Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently and manage remote collaboration effectively
-Leadership
