Technicien de maintenance (F/H/D)

The Opportunity:

Under limited supervision, installs, maintains, and repairs manufacturing equipment and fixtures. Conducts general maintenance activities primarily on machinery and related equipment. Maintains repair and maintenance records. Troubleshoots problems and escalates the most complex issues.

L’équipe

Nous vous proposons d’intégrer une équipe soudée, chargée de couvrir l’ensemble des besoins en maintenance du site de production & de distribution de Briare.

Ce que nous recherchons

• Vous justifiez d’un niveau BTS maintenance industrielle couplé à quelques années d’expérience
• Vous tirez profit de bonnes connaissances de la GMAO, en mécanique/pneumatique/automatisme, idéalement dans un environnement chimique
• Vous disposez d’un Permis B, Caces 3 chariot élévateur, Caces 3B nacelle
• Vous vous reconnaissez dans les qualités suivantes : adaptation, réactvité, esprit d’équipe, organisation et disponibilité
• Vous connaissez les environnements sécurisés et avez à cœur de les faire respecter

Missions & impact

• Mener à bien les travaux demandés en matière d’aménagement, de réparations, d’entretien, de dépannages du parc de matériels et des bâtiments
• Réaliser la maintenance préventive et curative des machines et équipements communs (machines auto et semi auto de conditionnement, convoyeur, impliquant automatisme, pneumatique…) et des équipements de production
• Effectuer les dépannages électriques de premier niveau (disjoncteurs, défaut isolement, remplacement lampe, …) et / ou réaliser en plus les dépannages de second niveau, les modifications ou remplacement des matériels électriques défectueux ou suite au contrôle réglementaire des installations (en fonction des habilitations)
• Assurer l’accompagnement des Entreprises Extérieures lors de pannes, maintenance ou contrôle réglementaire (parfois en dehors des heures de travail)
• Respecter et faire respecter les consignes de sécurité par les Entreprises Extérieures
