The company has its headquarter in Amsterdam with branches/farms in Munich, Kuwait, and Singapore. Further expansion is planned in both Europe, the Middle East and Asia.You will:Our operations department is looking for curious, hands-on technicians to join our maintenance team at our Amsterdam farm. The maintenance team is the back bone of our farms. Together as a team they ensure all our production systems, which includes a fleet of farming robots, are kept in top shape and fully operational. This enables us to deliver top quality yields, every day. The team works in close relationships with our engineering team to continuously improve our systems.What we have to offer:

• A salary between €2.800,- and €3.500,- gross including shift premiums based on 40 hours depending on education and experience;

• Supplements during weekends and hours outside office hours;

• Employment of 32 to 40 hours per week;

• Prospect of a permanent contract

• 26 vacation days based on a 40-hour work week with the possibility to earn extra time for time, in addition you will of course also receive vacation pay;

• Travel allowance of 0,23 cents per km;

• 8% vacation pay paid annually in May;

• Fresh vitamins at your disposal every day, we have lunch together and there is always plenty of fruit and salad available;

• A good pension plan of which we pay 60% of the premium

You’ll need:

• Trained in a technical field (electronics or mechanical)
• Experience with electronics
• A mindset for problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Flexible – you will be required to work shifts which may include mornings, evenings and weekends.
• A good communicator – we are an international company with a multi-national team, good English is essential.
• Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• You have your own transportation available and are able to easily come to our farm, as there is no public transport available to the Ankerweg yet.
