The Role

They are looking to appoint a knowledgeable, hardworking, and passionate Science Technician to work in their busy, highly successful Science department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective technician support to all teachers in the Science department, under the direction and support of the Senior Science Technician and Head of Department. A commitment to ensuring an excellent education for all young people alongside a thorough understanding of health and safety is essential. The Opportunity

* Support the delivery of the Science curriculum through the provision of timely and effective preparation of scientific materials and equipment for all lessons.
* Work closely alongside teachers during lessons to aid the progress of students.

* Have a good educational background with GCSE or equivalent in English Language
* Possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, students and parents
