Role Purpose:

• Perform preventive and curative actions, maintain, repair, and expand all installations (both low and medium voltage) and improve installations to keep production running and optimize the operation of the installations and will do this both on indoor and outdoor sites.
• Repair electrical failures and resolve defects, repair, or modify electrical installations based on the plans of the electrical and/or technical designer to keep production running.
• Work closely internally with the operators and their team leaders/supervisors, and you are managed by a maintenance supervisor. In addition, you will assist external electricians in the installation of new machines, perform all connections, adjust the machines, and accompany external companies around the company premises when necessary.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Be extremely safety-conscious
• Minimum level of study A2 Electrical Engineering with at least several years of experience in industrial electricity
• Well acquainted with low-voltage installations
• A solid and practical knowledge of measurement and control technology
• A healthy interest in ICT is necessary
• Be communicative and responsible
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Living in the Mol-Dessel area
• Day shift – on-call schedule outside normal working hours
