The Technical Writer position requires a skilled communicator with a talent for breaking down complex concepts into clear and concise language.Your main tasks will be:

  • Prepare, write, or approve JI’s and SOP’s that cover processes in packaging.
  • Responsible for ensuring housekeeping meetings according to requirement and handling of reports.
  • Responsible for ensuring correct version of controlled copies on the FlexPen® and FlexTouch® lines.
  • Involvement in projects in 25A that improve business processes, especially with a focus on cGMP, training, and quality.
  • Supports process responsible in projects to ensure training, SOP updates etc.

Qualifications
We’re seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

  • You possess a strong understanding of cGMP guidelines and regulations.
  • Knowledge in preparing standard operation procedure (SOP).
  • Extensive experience with packaging processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.

Our team is responsible for the packaging of, among others, our Ozempic® and Wegovy® medical devices. We are committed to continuously improving and upgrading our equipment to ensure that we meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. As a launch site, we have the added responsibility of implementing and validating new products and production equipment. This requires us to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and to work closely with our partners to ensure that all new products are successfully integrated into our production processes. Additionally, we are deeply involved in capacity expansions, with the development of several new packaging lines underway.
