Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Track Lead for our client in the pharma industry. You will oversee a team of specialists who will be responsible for addressing PC performance issues and enhancing the end user experience on Windows 10/11 based devices. The Technical Track Lead will be responsible for ensuring that the team delivers high-quality solutions to our colleagues and that the team meets its deadlines. You will have a deep technical understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems and related management technologies, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of overseeing deliverables from a team of specialists.Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical leadership roles overseeing teams of technical specialists
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems and related technologies
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus
• Experience in troubleshooting PC performance issues and optimizing end user experience is a plus
• You should also have a solution-oriented and curious mindset and be able to present ideas effectively, demonstrating a good understanding of customer service management, as well as the technical aspects of our services. Moreover, you should possess a high level of integrity and strong negotiation skills .
• Strong English skills – both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Oversee a team of specialists who will be responsible for addressing PC performance issues and enhancing the end user experience on Windows 10 based devices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that objectives and timelines are met
• Develop and implement strategies and approaches to improve PC Performance and optimize end user experience
• Provide guidance and support to team members, as needed
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, status reports, and Powerpoint presentations
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to team members to ensure optimal performance
• Ensure that team members adhere to established policies, procedures, and best practices
• Identify and address technical risks and issues that may impact project delivery
• Communicate project status and technical updates to stakeholders and senior management
