At Novo Nordisk’s production site in Bagsværd we produce marketed products and prod-ucts for clinical trials. In 2024 we are excited to announce the establishment of a new de-partment, dedicated to ensuring the successful launch of a new product. This product is scheduled to hit the marked in 2026. We are looking to qualify two new production lines.
We are looking for a Professional to take up exciting and challenging position in Technical Support.
The position
You will be responsible for supporting the validation off the new filling line. When the validation is done, your primary responsibility will be to support the challenges on our production lines. You will drive the problem-solving process, so you must be able to understand the process flow, equipment functionality, and identify the root cause of the problem through systematic troubleshooting.
You can expect that of your tasks will involve:
-Resolving complex incidents in production
-Implementing and participating in projects
-Ensuring compliance with validation, compliance, and GMP requirements
-Applying an innovative mindset and LEAN approach to you work

Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
-You have a higher education, with scientific or technical focus. It can be engineering or a similar education. Preferably supplemented with relevant experience.
-Experience in a production environment is considered an advantage.
-You have knowledge of or experience in complying with GMP requirements.
-You can communicate in Danish and English, both orally and in writing, at a profes-sional level.
Additionally, you thrive working with processes, deviations, problem-solving, data in excel and validations qualification. You have an overview and sharp analytical sense, making it easy for you to get to the core and understand the connections between processes, materials, and equipment. If you are skilled at building relationships and communicating clearly and effectively at multiple levels, we look forward to hearing from you.
