Technical Supporter for New Filling Line, Maternity cover 12 months

We are looking for a 1-year maternity cover to assist us while we finish the validation activities and prepare to move into production operations with our new aseptic isolator filling line. Join a newly built team where your expertise and drive will directly impact the production of life-saving medicines reaching patients worldwide.

Your new role

As Technical Supporter for our new filling line, you’ll play a pivotal role in both validating cutting-edge aseptic filling equipment and ensuring a smooth transition to production operations once the line goes live.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

-Leading and/or participating in validation activities of our new aseptic filling line
-Ensuring full compliance with validation, GMP, and quality requirements throughout all technical activities
-Help prepare our department and technical processes for a robust operational setup
-Applying an innovative mindset and LEAN approach to continuously improve processes and equipment performance
-Ensuring a robust foundation for our rep team by assisting in e.g. the development of Maintenance Work Descriptions, Training Outlines, updating or developing new technical SOPs, setup of maintenance structures and content in SAP

In CMC & Product Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.

At our Bagsværd production site, we produce both marketed products and products for clinical trials. In 2024, we established a new department dedicated to qualifying a state-of-the-art production line for aseptic filling of solution products for injection. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team from the ground up, shaping how we work and building the foundation for future success.

Your skills & qualifications

We’re looking for a technically curious problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic production environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

style=”margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm” type=”disc”-
– A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, marine engineering, automation, mechanics, or another scientific or technical field
-Knowledge of or experience in complying with GMP requirements in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment
-Strong communication skills in both Danish and English, both orally and in writing, at a professional level
-Experience working with validation and/or development of training material in a highly regulated environment
-Experience in a production environment (preferred but not required – we welcome those eager to develop in this area)
 

On a personal level, you are curious and genuinely enjoy tackling complex technical problems. You possess sharp analytical and problem-solving skills that enable you to quickly identify core issues and understand the connections between processes, materials, and equipment. Your clear communication and relationship-building abilities allow you to collaborate effectively and at multiple levels and maintain a broad network of contacts across the organization.

At Novo Nordisk’s production site in Bagsværd we produce marketed products and products for clinical trials. In 2024 we established of a new department to qualify a new production line for aseptic filling of solution products for injection

Salary:  For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570.200 to 838.199 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level,  location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
