The Job

We offer an exciting and challenging position as a supporter, where you become part of our fantastic and professional team that supports operations and performs optimizations for our isolator filling line. Your primary responsibility will be to support daily operations when challenges arise on the production line. You will drive the resolution process, so you should be able to understand the process flow, equipment function, and identify the root cause of the problem through systematic troubleshooting. Additionally, your tasks will include:

-Ensuring compliance with validation, quality, compliance, and GMP requirements
-Resolving complex incidents in production
-Communicating with and training repairers
 

You will have a broad network, as you will communicate with supporters, repairers, operators, production managers, as well as logistics and QA. Therefore, it is important that you are good at building relationships and communicate clearly and effectively.

Qualifications

To qualify for the position, we imagine that:

-You have a higher education, preferably with a technical focus, such as engineering or similar – preferably supplemented with relevant experience.
-You preferably have professional experience in a production environment, but this is not a requirement.
-You thrive on problem-solving and tight deadlines.
-You have knowledge of or experience in complying with GMP requirements.
-You have a good overview and sharp analytical skills, that make it easy for you to get to the heart of the matter and understand the relationships between processes, materials, and equipment.
-You can communicate in Danish and English, both orally and in writing, at a professional level.

Whether you are a recent graduate or have experience, it is crucial that you are prepared for a steep learning curve and possess the necessary drive to succeed in the role. About the Department

You will be part of the Isolator Filling department, which works on the production of our new products. We are approximately 100 dedicated employees in the department, and we all have our daily work at our site in Bagsværd. The department has one isolator filling line, which fills products for clinical and marketed products. We work closely together across teams and professional groups to ultimately contribute to the production of products of the highest quality.
