As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Hospitalet de Llobregat. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support to our French-speaking customers, while supporting at least one other market in either English, Spanish, German or Italian.TasksThe Technical Support Specialist will provide support to our customers via phone and email (tickets). This person will manage, resolve, and escalate (when necessary) customers’ technical issues while ensuring their satisfaction.Requirements

• Provide first-level contact and troubleshooting for customer issues.
• Work closely with other team members to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Respond to support requests via email and phone.
• Document all actions and solutions within customer tickets and maintain a knowledge base of common technical issues and solutions.
• Review product returns in our workshop, manage post-sales processes, and offer technical advice to the sales team.
• Learn and understand the technical aspects of our product portfolio.

Benefits

• Proficiency in French (equivalent to C2 level).
• Proficiency in a second language: Spanish / English / Italian / German.
• Proven experience providing technical product support in a related industry.
• Experience with network communications and/ or electronics is a plus.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Competence in using various technological tools for troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of the weighing industry is not required but is an advantage.
