Technical Service Specialist, Crop Care Equipment (M/F)
The Technical Service Specialist is a key function in after sales support of Fendt and Massey Ferguson machinery. Industry leading after sales support is fundamental for being able to increase the sales of Fendt and Massey Ferguson products. The Technical Service Specialist must make sure that our Field Technical Service team receives the correct information. He/she also influences the speed of problem resolution. Professionalism and maintaining the highest level of integrity is necessary. Even in the face of occasional product reliability issues, a positive ethos should be preserved. He/she reports directly to the L2 Team Lead Crop Care, Customer Support. Crop Care (Application, Seeding and Tillage) machinery is the main product for this function.
Main Job tasks:
-Provide global escalation support for Crop Care products, the primary focus will be EME Crop Care products.
-Provide field support to Field Technical Service team in EME on Fendt and Massey Ferguson Crop Care products as required.
-Create supplemental documentation to aid in troubleshooting and repair or Crop Care products
-Compile and reporting issues to the L3 product health team.
-Visiting source factories for training and service review meetings.
-Provide technical support to warranty staff when required.
-Provide technical support to technical publications when required.
-Test and analyze warranty return parts as needed.
Who do we search:
– HBO/HTS, WTB, automotive, technical or agricultural.
-MBO+ with experience in automotive, technical or agricultural industry.
-Ability to understand the operation of electrical and hydraulic circuits.
-Able engineering principles to solve problems on Fendt and Massey Ferguson Crop Care machinery.
-Role is a mixture of tasks, procedures, and application of engineering principles.
-Agricultural background preferable.
-Fluent English speaker, German and French preferable.
-Basic MS Office, computer and administration skills.
-Flexible, team player with good attention to details
-Self-motivated and proactive while remote and hybrid.
-Driving license B is mandatory.
