This is a major international player in end-to-end Commercial Acquiring, Multichannel Payment Acceptance and Payment Terminal solutions. The team consists of Technical Support Analyst across Netherlands.We have many hardworking and dedicated peers that would love for you to work with them. We are committed to continuous improvement. We would like to welcome an organized, innovative and process driven colleague to our team..Your day-to-day responsibilities include

  • You ensure that service levels are met, and all customer satisfaction grades are high
  • You build relationships with stakeholders and international teams
  • You run local project activities in collaboration with the central teams
  • You coordinate Corporate IT activities with the business partners and other departments

Signs of success

  • You deliver KPI’s, cost savings and organizational optimizations
  • You tackle global challenges regarding incidents, changes and problems
  • You seek opportunities to apply synergies and support improvements
  • You identify the necessity of structural improvements and gaps in IT processes

Skills we can’t do without:

  • You have basic knowledge of Windows servers and the administration thereof
  • You have profound experience in O365, Azure, and the Microsoft office suite
  • You possess sophisticated knowledge in s1t line IT support
  • Proficiency in English
