About the role…Are you technically savvy and interested in a support role in “Networking and Voice” as part of our Service Team?We are looking for a colleague responsible for the second-line support of our Networking and Voice solutions.You are a real team player who always puts the customer first in a creative way.You are responsible for advanced incident management and give support on our services of our Dstny infrastructure towards our customers (modem, routers, switches, access points).You follow up the complex incident ticketsYou solve problems of customersYou are part of the 24/7 permanence (every 8 weeks)You support installations and replacements of equipment at the customer’s premisesAt the request of the customer, you make changes to his configurationYou can always contact the team leader Second Line ServiceYou work proactively to permanently improve the support teamYou take responsibility for internal projects, such as product activation, process evolution, etc.What are we looking for…A social team player, curious and explorative in your way of working.Experienced in a help desk or service desk role.Fluent in 3 languages English, French and Dutch. If you are fluent in English together with one of the 2 national languages we will also consider your applicationYou have ambition and want to be part of a new revolution in the communications businessYou have knowledge of CCNA, and routing protocols.
