Do you have experience in managing security equipment? We are looking for a Technical Security Equipment Advisor to join our Access Control & Advisory team at Novo Nordisk.

The Position

You will play a critical role as an advisor in ensuring that technical requirements and specifications for connecting approved and standardised security equipment are effectively managed. You will be part of a team with 3 other advisors which primary task is to guide our internal stakeholders about the requirements from Global Security. 

Your main tasks will be:

-Advise building owners on Global Security requirements
-Own requirements for technical security equipment
-Gate-keep professional operationalisation
-Ensure standardised step-by-step process flow is followed to ensure successful operationalisation of new security equipment
 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

-Minimum of 3 years work experience in management of security equipment
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-Structured and skilled in navigation of high complexity projects, alongside with the ability to motivate oneself in situations where there is organizational resistance
-Experience as “Eksamineret Sikringsleder” is an additional benefit but not a requirement
-Analytical and capable of turning complex information into simple and engaging presentations. 
-Fluency in spoken and written English and Danish
 

On a personal level, you are a team player with a service mindset and have flair for stakeholder management as you will be in daily contact with line of business, vendors, etc. You have excellent planning skills and are used to work in a structured manner with an agile mind-set. You should show a strong sense of responsibility, fully owning their work tasks, focus on performance, and continual improvement. It is important that they thrive in a role where they make independent decisions and contribute to improving our processes. They should be able to keep deadlines and prioritize tasks in a busy environment where priorities may change quickly. 

About the department

You will be part of the ‘Access Control & Advisory’ team which consists of 4 dedicated and diverse employees. The main responsibility of the department is advisory regarding technical requirements and specifications for connecting approved and standardized security equipment.
