Technical Sales Support – Join a Growing Innovative Company

Our client is a market leader in the production of specialized foam materials and expandable polystyrene (EPS).

They are an independent business unit of a publicly traded company, one of the largest European suppliers of components, packaging, and insulation materials.

Their commitment to sustainability is integrated throughout their entire production process, from raw materials to recycling of used products.

As Technical Sales Support, you will be part of the team responsible for supporting and advising the Sales & Marketing Director in the market’s development.

You will maintain and enhance customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for customers’ technical questions and problems.

The position requires a strong personality, pragmatic and creative problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

– Support and advise Sales & Marketing Director

– Build and maintain customer relationships, including international travel

– Act as a primary point of contact for technical questions and problems

– Work closely with Sales Managers for sales support

Requirements:

– HBO level of education and experience in similar position

– Knowledge of EPS or the chemistry industry

– Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus

– Good command of Dutch and English language, knowledge of German, French, and/or Spanish is a plus

– Independent, but also a team player

– Available for full-time work, including international travel
