Role Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the Benelux, aligned with the organization’s mission for excellence.
* Manage customer relationships, identify market opportunities, and bring fresh insights to maintain a competitive edge in polyurethane foam products.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the company’s goal of enhancing quality of life through innovative products and services.

Requirements:

* Leverage your Master’s degree and min 3 years of commercial experience in sales, ideally within the polyurethane industry.
* Utilize your technical expertise in polyurethane foam products to excel in strategic development, budget planning, and market forecasting.
* Exhibit fluency in Dutch, English, and French coupled with strong communication and negotiation skills to build enduring partnerships and drive sales success.
