What You Can Expect

VIMS is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer F/H (based in Toulouse) on a permanent contract. Geographical area: Rhône-Alpes/Southeast (Lyon/Marseille/Nice representing 14 departments).

How You’ll Create Impact

As a member of the sales department, and reporting to the VIMS Systems Sales Director for France, you will be responsible for the following tasks :

• Ensure that sales targets are met in the region, and prepare the associated reports;
• Product technical support for agents and surgeons
• Ensure equipment demonstrations, presentations, commissioning, broadcasts, symposiums using VIMS columns;
• Support to the Sales Director: administrative and/or commercial parts according to current projects / collaboration with the Sales Director France in the preparation of business and forecasts;
• Provide block team training or reminders/precautions on equipment handling and use;
• Provide information on products, competitors and markets;
• After-sales support: establish breakdown diagnosis and take part in repairs;
• Listening, advising customers and monitoring customer satisfaction;
• Follow-up, animate and grow your customer portfolio.

Your Background

• Experience: 3 years in a biomedical engineering or similar position;
• Training: BAC+5 in Health Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or similar
• Excellent technical knowledge of the company’s products;
• Mastery of the main office software packages;
• Mastery of the medical field;
• Good command of technical English.
• Fluent French

The company develops, manufactures and markets ducted videoscopy solutions (medical-surgical equipment) for clinics and hospitals in France and abroad.
