Join our welcoming world of engaging colleagues at Saab Danmark!We are rapidly growing our global business in the defence market and are looking for new colleagues to join our Technical Documentation department as Technical Publication Writers.ResponsibilitiesOur Technical Publications Writers work in close cooperation with in-house technical departments to produce manuals for operation, maintenance and repair of our Integrated Communications System TactiCall.The Technical Documentation department also works closely with the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and training teams to fulfil project-specific customer requirements.The subject matter of our technical publications concentrates mainly around military and civilian communication systems and network technology.ProfileWe are a multi-domestic company acting in a global environment and are looking for candidates who:are good communicatorshave a structured, problem-solving approachare able to work in project teamsare willing to travel, if necessaryhave an affinity to working in a technical environmenthave a high proficiency level in our company language Englishare passionate about learning new skills.Danish language skills are a plus but not a requirement.Role and Preferred QualificationsA successful candidate for a senior role will have knowledge of/experience in:ILS and/or S-series standards (especially S1000D)XML-based content management systems with modular technical documentationSimplified Technical English (STE)Creating, editing and updating technical documentationProofreading and reviewing technical documentationReviewing customer requirements and other tender documentsProject management & process managementMilitary or civilian communications systemsTerminology workInterpreting complex technical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics and or specificationsWe offer both senior and junior roles and welcome applicants with experience in relevant fields.
